I've been going to Jack for haircuts several years now after initially finding him on Yelp. He was the most recommended hairdresser at his old hair salon in Soho and I followed him to Unfade in the LES last year. I see Jack once every 6-7 weeks and it's a job done well every time. I like that appointments with him are easy to make over text and I never had to wait long or feel like he rushes his work with me, despite he is in high demand. A superb hairdresser with excellent client relationship and time management skills.

I started my hair transformation at Unfade and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve come to get my hair cut by Carson multiple times now but today was the first time getting it colored by him. Him and his assistant Amy were fabulous. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Jack is my go to stylist at Unfade for both hair cut and hair coloring! Jack is easy to get along with & makes an effort to know you & your hair of course. He is knowledgeable about the hair coloring process and diagnose your hair before telling you what can be achieved. He is opend to giving you suggestions & recommendations but definitely addresses what you want for your hair first. I’ve been going to Jack for many years to do balayage and hair cut, would recommend!

Before having Jack as my stylist, I had to go from places to places finding someone who would be able to give me a cut that I would be satisfy with. I’ve been going to Jack now for several years and it’s been a great experience. I no longer have to search for different places every month or couple of months for a haircut.

Carson was great! I had never dyed my hair before but this place had good reviews and I was feeling adventurous. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but asked for something “natural looking” and showed Carson pictures of balayages I liked and didn’t like, and let him interpret that for my own hair. I’m really happy with the results! He also gave me helpful advice for making the color last. Note that this place is cash only, so for a balayage, bring at least $300.
