Service and Professionalism

I met Katina for a consultation and found her to be engaging and knowledgeable. It was suggested that I think through the options and call her or text with questions and/or go to the website to schedule a service. She referenced a deadline later that day if I wanted to move forward. I left and realized I had several questions that I needed her to address so I reached out to her every way I could think of over several days (texting two different phone lines, calling more than a dozen times over the weekend, and leaving at least one message, as well as sending an email). She suggested I call her so I assumed at some point she would answer or at least respond. The challenge with trying to support small black businesses is this lack of professionalism. I'm sure Katina is a consummate tradesperson but running a business is more than that. It is disappointing that a relationship could not be established and I am out $25. The money is not the issue; incomplete service is.

I have been suffering from thinning hair for medical reasons. Katina provided me with a new me!!!! She is very talented, extremely professional, very caring and provides an excellent experience. Her staff is a pleasure to work with. Veronica is outgoing and enthusiastic. If you were questioning jumping into extentions and want a great look do not hesitate to go and see these great ladies. They will change your life.

I had such an amazing experience here! I had a bad hair cut at a different salon, and needed it fixed. I had super short hair going into this, and had no idea if anyone would even touch my hair because of the length. But the owner was super nice and assured me that she could put extensions in. The day of the appointment, she put the extensions in and it came out amazing!! You can't even tell it's not my hair. I am so happy with the way it came out; and my confidence is back! If you have short hair or long hair; pure lux can help. I couldn't recommend them more!! Thanks for everything!!

Katina did an amazing job to my hair today. I've been looking forward to this appointment for weeks. The color came out just the way I wanted it and the cut is amazing. I absolutely love my hair extensions and can't wait to come back. Thank you so much for everything today girl â¤ï¸

Katina did an amazing job. I scheduled an appointment with her months in advance and we planned it out according to type of hair, color, and cut. Everything went smooth and she met expectations. I will definitely return for her services in future and I'm excited to attend my next appointment for maintenance.

Pure Luxury Salon is fantastic! I have been a client of Katina's for over 8 years and the service has been excellent consistently. My natural hair is healthy and I love her work. Katina provided me with custom color and I constantly receive compliments on my color, style and new length. Katina is an amazing stylist and her work speaks for itself. 5 stars for this awesome stylist with amazing talent.
