They have their favorites my fiancee went and was treated like she didn't exist when other customers came in. Sat for 2 hours was not offered a bottle of water while others around was offered wine and snacks other (urban)people that came in were told that they were busy while there were nothing but 2 other people in the shop. My fiancee's nails looked good on top but underneath the nails were messy. So needless to say no more of our money will go there if anyone ask me about a salon I definitely would not recommend these people.

Very rude. Went in on Saturday at 4. Gentlemen said there are 2 more salons in Nashville. We have an appointment coming at 4. There were 3 employees present.
