I did a walk in to this salon as I was in need of a hair cut, and my regular salon was closed. McKenzie cut my hair and did a fantastic job! I started off by telling her, “beware, I am OCD and extremely particular about my hair cuts”....She totally “got it”...she took time to ask questions, and get a feel for my particulars - She listened, repeated back to me, my concerns/requests, so that the communication was clear and understood. The wash was even great, using some shampoo that actually left my scalp tingling - a good tingle, not a bad tingle! She took her time and paid close attention to detail....my hair cut is great, and exactly how I like it. I will be a regular! The bad - my former hair lady IS going to miss me. Ha ha. The Salon is a really nice layout, modern and welcoming. I strongly encourage all to visit Concept Salon and give them a chance, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful atmosphere and experience!!! Mackenzie was my stylist and she went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted and needed. I have already recommended this salon to several friends and coworkers!!! ♡

Concept salon is so great! They cater to all ages young and old. They have a great social atmosphere which makes me feel comfortable to express concerns with any potential hair cut. They always tell me the best style, shape and hair cut for me! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
