Tried the location twice and with 2 different ladies and I'm sure there are great stylist that works there but unfortunately I didn't get one. Both hair cuts I received they were no better than a Great Clips cut but tripled the price. The ladies that works up front isn't the greatest to deal with either. I had one to completely ignore me and I finally had to tell her I had to go, I had someone watching my son. The only thing I'll miss is their chairs that massage while they are washing your hair. Definitely taking my business to another salon.

Great day spa. Male and female services located in Stonecrest Shopping Center. Good parking. A lot of hair stations. Provides a good variety of services at reasonable prices. Front desk staff quite accommodating. Nice decor

My hair is now black, I needed to scrub dye off my forehead (my husband pointed this out and he notices nothing) when I got home and calm down the poof that was my hair. Basic color and trim was $100. Not worth it. There was a ton of dye that came out when I washed my hair creating a mess in the shower. Just not worth it. Front desk is rude.

Iâ€™ve always really liked this place, but today while my 9 year old was getting his hair cut, â€œS&Mâ€ by Rihanna came on and was completely unedited. You could see my sonâ€™s face change completely when Rihanna repeatedly said â€œsex,â€ and talked about chains and whips. Being reasonable, I know this wasnâ€™t something they had planned, so I walked up to the receptions and asked if they could possibly skip the song. They sort of giggled and playfully said, â€œwe donâ€™t control the music.â€ I understand they had no control but I wasnâ€™t amused with the amusement they obviously felt by my 9 year old hearing the song. The music should be better monitored.

I just moved to Charlotte maybe a year ago and my first time I had been to this salon was a couple months ago for an all over color, or in salon terms â€œsingle processâ€ so I had asked to be with an intermediate/advanced hair stylist that knows what theyâ€™re doing with color because I am very particular when it comes to my hair. Itâ€™s a simple color, Brown color all I needed was a refresh on it to look fresh. I go in and it takes the girl 15 minutes to come to me. Not only that but when she started the application, she started applying it MIDSHAFT TO END. First of all an all over color â€œSPâ€ is applied roots to ends or new growth to ends. So my first initial thought was â€œOh maybe sheâ€™s going to mix some more color and apply it to the the rest of my hairâ€ but she never came back until I the color she has applied had already processed... by this time I was upset. My mom was with me at the time who has managed a salon for 14 years at a very high end one, and has never seen some apply an all over color that way. When hair color fades I would have two different colors from my roots/midshaft.. So we discussed with the girl that we were not happy and at that point I had just gone to check out without my hair even blow dried. The front desk girl had told me that she could put me in with a senior stylist and I told her please. We come back the day it was scheduled and they said that they were so sorry they couldnâ€™t accommodate me because the stylist was â€œoverbooked?â€. 1. Why would you schedule me with a stylist that is over booked? 2. Why wouldnâ€™t someone call me before I wasted time out of my day to drive to you guys? 3. Why does it seem like there is always no manager around?! So I thought I would give them a second shot with just getting a shampoo blow dry a week ago.. with another stylist. I come in that day and there was another issue with my appointment. At that point I walked out of the door. This is a poor establishment. Will no longer come back here for anymore services.
