The ladies are always friendly and accommodating to my son. I like the online check in but it doesn't always work. There was an issue the last time we were there and I waited 45 min when I was at the top of the list. A few other people walked out. It would be easier if there were 3 people cutting and 1 handling the counter, but the ladies were very apologetic for the delay. I was pleased to see that after my post, the owner reached out to me and apologized about the incident. As someone who deals in client relations this goes a long way.

Love this place! My 22 month old just had his 2nd haircut at Snip-It’s. Everyone who works there is awesome with kids. Our stylist, Stephanie, did an terrific job— he looks as cute as ever. She listened to my crazy mom requests and “kept him looking like a baby.” I won’t risk taking him anywhere but Snip-It’s!
