I made an appointment to get my hair done at 9am and I arrived on time and waited for almost 30 minutes. No one showed up, I called twice and went to voice mail. I returned at 10:23 and someone was finally there. She said to me well I arrived at 9:30, I said my appointment was at 9:00. Of course she had another client in the chair. She asked what color hair I wanted, and then left me and her other client alone in the shop. I was pissed and left. If only I could find a clean and professional hair braiding shop.

Honestly I don’t even know how they are still open. Very unprofessional and ratchet and as others have stated they don’t listen to you when you voice your concerns. They braid your hair too tight and leave you in pain for days. If you want your hair to be cared for this is not the place for you. They will ruin your hair. If your hair is natural they will suggest you get a perm. They never get the style you want right. They also always take breaks to go eat or talk while braiding your hair. They should really work on their customer service skills.I would not recommend this place. I will look for a new braiding salon!

I scheduled an appointment for 1 oclock. I am currently sitting in the chair to get my hair braided! I just had my hair washed. The lady doing my hair has stopped to go eat. She didnt say I will be back or anything just left me in the chair to eat lunch.
