Unfortunately I had to edit my previous 5 star review. This salon has definitely lost something. I had been going for hair, body, and facial services for years and years. The best providers keep leaving - turnover seems high. After the policy change of paying full price if you cancel within 48 hours, and now I am pre payment at time of booking (with no explanation) it is a bit ridiculous. Too bad, but I won't go there anymore, not when there are so many other salons around. They should probably reevaluate that policy if they don’t want to lose other long time customers.

I have been going to Reve for 19 years. I have been to several stylists over these years. They have all been great! Andrew is the best. He helped me in making a huge change that I love! All the stylists I have had over the years are 5 stars. Andrew is 5, stars and more! The reason for the 4 star rating is that in the 19 years I have been going to Reve, I never canceled, rescheduled , or no show no call until 1 time in 2021. I always rely on the reminder text and didn't receive one due to a glitch in their system. I take responsibility for me not having the appointment in my calendar and had no problem paying the stylist for the appointment I missed. When I called to schedule another appointment, I was asked to pre pay. No problem. I now find out that I am now must prepay for all of my new appointments. I am on the prepay list. Really, there is a list? After 19 years, only missing 1 appointment. I have not decided if I will be returning. The way it was handled when I was making the appointment in person wasn't handled professionally, in my opinion. I understand stylist need to be paid for missed appointments. I feel being on a list is a punishment when only missing 1 appointment in 19 years. Maybe just ask to have a card on file in case the appointment is missed. Just left a bad taste....

The front desk makes you feel welcomed. The salon is modern and very clean. I have received mainly excellent cuts and not your boring tapered men's cut. Andrew does very detailed, trendy men's cuts, fades, tapered, short, medium length, long length, mixed and women's cuts that are bold, trendy and beautiful. He does women's short, bob, modern, curly, traditional, 5 point cut and others.

Reve salon has been the most generous offering my family from Ukraine free services more than once. Today my 84-year old mom got a really special treatment for pedicure and manicure. Thank you, Carmen and Casey for bringing her back to life!

Holly is absolutely top notch! Super happy with my hair (balayage)/quality of work and she was extremely personable as well! I highly recommend her/Reve!
