THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ive ever had. my son came in for lock maintenance . we had a appt at a certain time, we waited 30 minutes before the stylist came out to tell us she would be with us., 45 minutes later,,,,,of course she had a customer in her chair. Yelled out ok you can come back, never greeted my son , , i walked back, introduced my son, because she ever said HER name. clearly she had a attitude problem. as i began to explain that my sons locs needed alot of attention and that he has alot of dandruff (common with locs) but if you DO locs then you already know that. she began to embarrass him in front of other customers saying i think you have a scalp problem and to me wasnt friendly at all my son was 13 at the time,, not cool. Im like if you dont want to do his hair then dont, it needed washed with dandruff shampoo, lol. I started to just walk him out of there, but he really wanted to get his hair done because his regular stylist was out of country. i came back to pick him up she never said a word to me, I asked how much she never said anything, the receptionist had to ask her, i went to desk to pay and i said whats her problem and where is your boss. girl stated oh shes out for the day. charge me $100. for loc maintenance !!!! needless to say no tip was left and ill never be back. I dont let alot of stuff bother me , but this is what gives black salons a bad name.. I hope noone i know goes there. BTW i did call back to leave message for owner ,, NEVER got call back... not surprised, the stylist took the message. end result,, sons locs were trimmed , some ends cut off, thinner, wth, please dont say yall provide a service , if your not properly trained,,,
