Horrible. The women who works in the front named Sam is an evil old women who should’ve retired 80 years ago. If you don’t want to buy $200 in hair products then she gets an attitude and makes you feel like a broke loser. She’s rude and disrespectful. Take your $100 else where to get a haircut. They’re only worried about your money and getting you in and out as fast as humanly possible. Why can’t you give less than 1 stars? They deserve 0 stars, 1 is too much.

I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. They were able to fit me in the same day, but that's the only positive thing I can say. Their stylists are too busy trying to push their products on you to notice what they're doing to your hair. What was suppose to be a simple trim ended up with my long hair getting butchered. I cried all the way home. And the next day, when I went to Great Clips to have them fix what the Philip Pelusi salon did, the hairdresser was able to show me how obviously uneven my hair was. Just plain awful.

I've had a great experience at this salon each time I visit. Jordanne is an amazing stylist, besides being really nice. I've lost a lot of my hair and always feel self conscious when visiting a new salon. So much so, I used to get one hair cut a year and tried to cut my own ends the rest of the time. Not only Jordanne was highly empathetic towards my issue, she was highly professional and her recommendations have made a huge change in the appearance of my hair. This salon is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. I haven't been anywhere else in 2 years.

My rating is based off one stylist and one stylist only. Im a young mom and have a lot of crazy curly hair that I don't have time for. I've been natural for 2 1/2 years and have worked hard growing out my hair from being relaxed. I was determined to get their keratin smoothing treatment but due to the fact that I'm pregnant I couldn't. I decided to get a relaxer and I'm so glad I did. Kate did my relaxer and she did an amazing job I'm pleased beyond my expectations. She's been doing hair for 35 years and when I say she is the best of the best I mean it. I'll be seeing her from here on out. If your heading to this salon schedule with Kate I promise you won't be disappointed.
