I was in Pittsburgh for a wedding and the hotel where I was staying had given me the name of Victoria Bella Salon to get my hair done for the wedding, but had mistakenly given me the telephone number for another salon. And so, without knowing it, I had made an appointment at another salon instead of Victoria Bella. I arrived at Victoria Bella in the morning with no appointment and before the salon even opened! I was standing outside, and the manager happened to pull up and asked me why I was there. He bent over backwards trying to help me until we finally figured out that I was at the wrong salon. Then he called Alissa, a stylist who was on her way in to work, and she fit me into their schedule right away since I had already missed my appointment at the other salon. Alissa was the kindest, friendliest person, and she not only did a fabulous job on my hair, but we had a wonderful conversation as well. This business is amazing!!!! If you are looking for a GREAT salon, this is the place!!!
