Okay, so for starters there was 3 employees total working. I sat and waited for a good 20 minutes while one employee cut the others hair. The third employee was Sam, she was taking care of customers as they came in and she was the one who ended up cutting my hair. I waited for her to finish up who she had then she cut mine as the other two employees were messing around with each others hair. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Sam. Not only did she give me the best haircut that I’ve ever had but her customer service was outstanding!!! I recommend anyone who goes here to try and get Sam because again she was amazing, and my hair has never looked this good!!!!!

Kayla is the absolute BEST!!! She is the only one who cuts my son's hair now...he loves her and he loves going to see her to get his haircut.. she makes him feel like a grown up..he talks about her all the time, even in between haircuts... we love you Kayla, see u soon 💜
