I called two days in advance, booked an appointment for my daughter for early on Saturday, because we had a family function. Someone from the salon called and CONFIRMED my appointment on Friday around 1 PM. Then, around 7ish, I received a TEXT stating that my daughter's appointment had to be moved to 1pm, because they had another appointment. Bad business, when I called the salon, I did not receive a good reason as to why. Not good!

Aicha is very nice and kind. Came in to get my girls and I hair done she is very fast and perfessional. I would highly recommend any one to come and get your hair braid by her. She is so sweet and nice l will be coming back to her again.

I made an appointment for the following week, when I got there the girl was confused about my appointment and thought it was for the next day when clearly in the appointment book, it was for that day with no other appointments (but she had someone in her chair)....I made arrangements to have my kids taken care of already and could only do the day and time I arranged for. The girl asked me if I could come back the next day or I could leave and she would call me when she was done with the client already in her chair. NO!!!!! This place was very unprofessional and she never called me back that day so I guess she doesn't need any new clients with money to spend...AT ALL!!!!! This is not the first time I have had this happen to me since I moved here from Atlanta. I will never go back and I will tell anyone who wants to get their hair braided to not go there.
