As a first time client of Morgan, I booked an appointment online (as directed by her website) and received an email confirmation. I arrived 15 minutes early for an 11:00 appointment and was directed by the receptionist to a waiting area and told that she would notify Morgan that I was there. At 11:45, after waiting one hour, the receptionist walked by and said Morgan never came in. Really??!!! Luckily another sylist, Madison, overheard all this and worked me into her schedule even though it meant pushing someone else back a little bit. The cut was fantastic and she listened exactly to what I wanted instead of cutting it how she wanted, which is what alot of stylist do. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As for Morgan, well..........she gets one star only because you cannot post a review with no stars!
