The last two times I’ve gone there the haircuts were off. First time was with my daughter, one side was 2” longer. This time when just getting my undercut done, I get home and my sides were off. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Just really inspect your haircuts closely before leaving!! Very nice ladies just need to look closer at the finished cut!

The haircut was fine (my son was just getting a basic fade cut), but the lady that checked us in and cut his hair was not very friendly orpersonable. I'm not a fan since they dont do any chemical services so I probably wouldn't go back any ways but I would expect some friendly service..

I don't have any problem with any great clips but at this specific location I was treated unfairly. I was being polite and told the person at great clip that I was going to leave and come back because there was a big waiting line (we are white/Hispanic people). They told me that they were going to take my name off the waiting list, so I politely waited for my little brother to get his haircut. Then this nice white male came in and his name was put on the list but he went out without saying anything. Then I told the person who attended me that why they didn't say anything to him or why they didn't take his name off....long story short they never took his name off....few minutes later he came back in. Take in mind that we were just going to the car and wait because we were three people including me who came in.....we didn't want to take as many seats because there were people waiting. Anyways it was NOT Fair at all. I didn't make a big deal but that's why I made this comment. Thus, they did apoligize and I gave it three stars because the person who attended my little brother was a really nice individual........(The situation was already handled at the time and we were given a thank you letter with some coupons. We truly didn't want anything out of the situation. I just wanted to address what happened. I don't think anyone should feel the way we felt........discriminated. However, after talking to the lady who attended my little brother, she was the only one who made us feel welcomed and even though it was not her fault she apoligized in behalf of the franchise.)
