Never had a good haircut here except for 1 time. But never saw that lady again! Last time was the worst, she left me with 1 side burn over an 1inch higher than the other. Almost like she didn't even cut one. Glad I read the reviews before going back there again. Will try one off the island and if that fails too, then I am done with Great Clips! Ridiculous.

Went in today for a hair cut at 1:00. One person there and was on phone with owner when I arrived. Finally got me in chair and I must say I have never had such a bad hair cut. Got home and looked in mirror and looked like someone used a bowl to cut my hair. Went to GC in Mt Pleasant and always was great. Will never go back here again

Do not back up their work. I have been going there for some time now. I got a bad cut last time and went back to have it fixed. They would not do it unless I payed full price again. I will never return and will not recommend them to any one.

I made a really dumb mistake with my hair, and Allie fixed it beautifully! She took her time and was so sweet. Plus, the atmosphere was clean and pleasant.
