Disappointed in the Braids

I requested senegalese twist. I have had this type of twist many times. At LG African Hair Braiding the women doing my hair braided at least an inch to an inch and a half of my hair from my roots before she actually started twisting my hair and at the end of this horrible twist she put a small knot at the end of the twist. Normally I would not be so upset but my hair is almost the length of the twist so I can't just cut the knotted hair off. I had to go to a real professional salon and it took two women there over 4 hours to get these terrible braid/twist out without cutting my natural hair. I will never go back to LG African Hair Braiding in Columbia SC.

My hair looks a damn mess!!!! She has these huge bulky senegalese twist in the back, & smaller ones in the front. I should of gotten box braids because half of the twist is a dern box braid! My middle part is crooked! Can never wear this bulky mess down!!! Have had these in maybe 3 weeks & looks like they've been in my hair for months! & very rude when you express your concerns! Be aware of who yal have playing in your head!

AWFUL customer service! I was trying to schedule and have my first appt. From the very first unreturned phone call 4 days prior all the way to not answering the door on the day of appt. After calling to let her know that we were at the door and had rang the bell and knocked several times she finally unlocks the door but doesn't open it. After waiting, I opened the door. Totally taken off guard because she was standing across the room away from the door. Told us to sit down and disappeared through the door to another room. WE WAITED AND WAITED. She NEVER came back to say anything. We left WITHOUT receiving any any services and I had to scramble and find someone else and schedule to get my daughter box braids.

She does excellent work. She is very friendly and professional. I had a very different request and everyone I contacted said they couldn't do it. I contacted her explained the situation and she sure . Her braiding is impeccable I have gone to multiple times and she continues to impress me. I would recommend her to anyone that desire quality and she is reasonable. Definitely 2 thumbs up.
