She has people do work for her and then gives a sob story and a bad check to boot and now will not contact me to get it worked out thus lady is nothing but cheat

Great cut and color by Lori. More important to me is that Lori really listened to me when I went in to Shem Salon the first time. She allowed time in our appointment for a consultation. While I was there, she focused on me. Lori asked good questions throughout our first appointment to get to know me as a person as well as to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. What I really loved was that the day after my appointment Lori contacted me to make sure I liked the cut and the color. She offered that if anything was not exactly as I wanted it she would create time in her week for me to come back, and at no charge she would fix anything that wasn't exactly right. I was pleased with my hair so I did not need to take her up on her offer, but it meant a lot to me that my satisfaction was such a priority for her. I continue to go to Lori and she continues to do great work!

This is the best salon in Mount Pleasant! I had my hair cut about 2 weeks ago by Lori and she did a fantastic job. I have had relatives tell me that it is the best hair cut I have ever had. Not only do I love my haircut but the experiences was fun and relaxing in a spa like setting. I have been to dozens of other salons and no matter where I go I come out with this cookie cutter haircut no matter what I say. Lori took the time to work with my hair and it resulted in the best haircut of my life. I will not be going anywhere else to get a hair cut but I am also looking forward to having a massage and getting a pedi soon!
