I visited this location today and Samantha was my stylist. I felt like I was in a spa/salon. She was so professional and did an amazing job on my hair. She also tried a Bed Head product on my hair and it produced instant results. I even purchased a bottle (which I usually don't do) I also bought instacure, my usually go to hair product from great clips. Both were on sale and, combined with my shampoo and cut my total was less than $40. You can't beat that. Thank tou for the great cut, service, and hair products Great Clips. See ya soon!!!!

Cassidy cut my hair today. First time I had ever been to this location. Simply the best experience I have ever had getting a hair cut. Cassidy really made me feel comfortable and she is definately an over-achiever. I will definitely go to Cassidy for now on!

Great location with great stylists. One lady in particular, Sarah, is great. She is very kind, personable and incredibly efficient with clippers. They use the online check in which helps them to be efficient. They aren't pushy about upselling items on you either.

Stay away from this place! I told them very clearly that the haircut was for my som and they insisted on a number. She continued to get the number wrong and then asked for my name to create a new record. I've been in and out of this location for over 5 years and it has gotten worse and worse. It is the worst Great Clips in the area. If you have to go to a Great Clips make the drive to Pleasantburg. Avoid this place!

Don't you check these people? Horrible haircut this past Wednesday afternoon. Person who cut my hair had some major attention deficit. Kept walking to the counter. Stopped cutting suddenly to buy candy from a girl who walked in. Slathered conditioner on at the end and plastered it down. Probably so I couldn't see how bad it looked. Had to try to fix it when I got home. Will need to find a different barber to fix it after it grows in a little.
