My daughter and I really enjoyed our experience here. Everyone here was very kind and showed great hospitality. Ericka was very gentle and patient with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone as well as returning myself along with my daughter!!! 😃

Owner (Sakeenah) and Jamie are real cool, Class A Ladies! Laid back atmosphere. It's been 5 years since I cut my locs and glad I came to Impress! Definitely won a new loyal customer.

I was told a price for loc reattachment during a consultation with Sakeenah (impress). i was told it would be $170 since my son had a flattop and a full head of dreads would not need to be attached. After bringing my son in to get his hair done it was $250...$80 more dollars than i was told up front. the stylist said nothing about the extra cost until my son's hair was done! the very next day 2 locs fell out of the front of his hair and no one got back to me after emailing several times. As of now 18 "reattached" locs have fallen out and another stylist is trying fix it. the reattachment was just poorly done. I guess I don't understand the "process" because I thought the locs would be secure. I was only offered back $30 from the stylist!! such a shame.
