There is not better place to get a haircut. I have tried many other places and no one else cuts hair like they do! They always do a great job.

Bella Scott is AMAZING! Maureen, Mindy, and Danielle are all so talented. Maureen has cut my hair for the past 14 years. I have been to both Mindy and Danielle for styling. Their salon is so stylish. Great place to go relax and enjoy being pampered. I got married August 1st and the bridal party got ready at Bella Scott. We had the most fun day getting ready there and everyone looked gorgeous for the wedding!

I just called to see if they could possibly book me an appointment to get my roots touched up. I asked if they could fit me in today, being that I only have one day off from work a week. I know this was probably not possible, but figured I would check. The man who answered the phone had an attitude and a tone in his voice that wasn't very customer friendly. He said he doubted they could fit me in, but he could ask and see if it was possible. I told him yes please ask because today is the only day I have off. In a rude tone he goes okay please hold on for one second, doesn't put me on hold, and proceeds to yell at another employee and says "some girl is calling to see if she can get her roots done" I hear another employee say something I couldn't understand "he goes yeah i told the girl not to get her hopes up" and then I hear laughter. I hung up. In 5 seconds I could tell that this was not the type of business that I was looking for. I am just amazed at how unprofessional this just was. I am never the type to leave google reviews, but coming from someone who had the potential of being a loyal customer, I'm just baffled. Granted, maybe it's just this one man who doesn't know how to treat customers, and not the rest of the staff. But regardless, I work in the retail industry and you should never talk to a customer the way he just did. This man's snobby attitude has led me to look elsewhere.
