VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Had a appointment at 3:30pm showed up on time to find another someone in the chair still getting her hair done and being told from the stylist that the wait is going to be a couple of more hours, after acting as if she don’t remember setting my hair appointment and asking if I want yo leave and come back. this was my first and last time booking here. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEWHERE EISE WHERE SERVICE WILL BE BETTER 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

The people was nice overall however the quality of hair was less than I expected! My hair is real frizzy and it's not done correctly!

Sita is UNPROFESSIONAL and conducts her business horribly! She will tell you to show up a certain time only to have you waiting an whole additional 1-2 hours while she finishes other people’s hair of whom she has promise the same time slots to. The salon is filthy! You would think being in the middle of a pandemic that people would try to make their clients feel more safe but NOT THIS PLACE! There is no way she pass inspections ! She is RUDE and inconsiderate of peoples time, she is also inconsistent with her prices! DO NOT WASTE YOUR AMERICAN DOLLARS WITH THIS LADY AND HER BUSINESS

Very unprofessional and talks nasty to customers, talks on the phone instead of helping their clients never prepared and braids look like they are beginner braiders . I wouldn’t recommend going there

My girls have been getting serviced at this salon for years. Made an appointment for my daughter to get braids for her graduation and thought everything would go smoothly as usual, Boy was I WRONG! Arrived at the salon at 8am (Scheduled and confirmed appointment time) and no one was at the shop. I waited for about 15min then called and was told that the person that I made the appointment with was out of town and I would not be able to get my daughter’s hair done! I was obviously upset and expressed that this was unacceptable and unprofessional. I was the told that someone would be at the shop at 9am and I could wait or come back and when I asked if I would be compensated for my time, I was told that I was being hostile and she no longer wanted my business! Horrible customer service and as a frequent customer I was appalled by the way my daughter and I were treated!
