I have been getting my hair cut here for a couple of years now. I think the key, is finding "your fit" when it comes to hair stylists. Amy, is my lady. She is friendly and.has never given me a bad cut. The other staff could be a little friendlier.

This is by far the best hair salon I have ever gone to. I got the best haircut in my life here, and all cost cutters are very nice and have great customer service. I would have given it a 6/5 if I could have.

I have been an extremely satisfied customer at Cost Cutters for many years. I think that all the employees are very friendly and make you feel welcomed from the minute you walk into the door. It's nice to go to a place of business where not only do the employees help one another, they work as a whole. (Team Work) I have had my eyebrows done to an extreme different hair style, that included, cut, color and style. I have NEVER left dissatisfied. My appointments are always with Jennifer. From the first time I sat in her chair as a client, she has always been very professional and has always made sure I left Cost Cutters a very satisfied returning customer. I moved to Charleston in December 2016 and I drive the 2 hour ride to have my hair done by Jenn. When I am out in public, I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and the same person wanting to know who does my hair. I have always let them know Jenn's name and place of business. I also ask them to tell Jenn that I referred them to her as a client. Jenn has told me many of times that someone had come to her and had their hair done and mentioned my name. I will continue my commute to have my hair done with Jenn at this establishment due to my awesome hair dresser and the environment.

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. My cousin went to get her hair dyed, she asked for a specific color and Jennifer said she could make something work. Well, Jennifer did not "make something work", she dyed her hair blue. Definitely not what my cousin wanted. Maybe Jennifer should stick to cutting and not dying hair. :)

NEVER GOING BACK. The workers don't need our money, apparently. My girlfriend goes there, and she always makes an appointment, and ends up waiting 30-45 minutes to get her hair cut. The last straw came this morning, when she arrived for her 9:00 appointment with Amy. She arrived 5 minutes early, but no one was there yet; the lights were off and the door was locked. At 9:02, a worker finally arrived, and my girlfriend went in. The lady was on the phone with someone, so gave my girlfriend the "one moment" finger, then rolled her eyes about the woman she was talking to on the phone. When my girlfriend FINALLY was able to speak, the receptionist told her that Amy would be in in a moment. WHAT?! If people can't arrive to their business in order to do the business they are supposed to do, I won't be going there anymore. We were going to take my daughter there next week, but will never second guess our decision to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
