I was a walk-in needing a hair cut. I got in right away. I really had no idea if this was going to be a good experience because I hadn't had a haircut in over a year and didn't really know what I wanted. Brandine did an amazing job! I love my hair cut! Brandine was super nice! I highly recommend her and Great Clips!

Good service and place but you really need to make sure that you are specific with what you want otherwise it's hard to convey and have a haircut look the way you want it to. Overall good experience and cost effective haircuts here.

I do not recommend! I was very upset with my services. They were supposed to take my hair from a medium washed out brown to blonde, and yet I left with maybe one shade lighter than what I had started out with. My service was terrible and when I politely asked them to let me talk to the manager they were incredibly rude to me. I called several times after that to try and talk to a manager or owner and they wouldn't let me. I paid the same amount there for one bleach treatment and one really dark toner(which I obviously didn't want) as I did at the Jcpenny's salon who managed to get my hair back to my natural blonde color and 4 things of product. They were far more professional and I received very good costumer service.
