I am so thrilled with my visits to Alchemy! This is such a beautiful and relaxing place. The staff are kind and professional. I always feel so welcome! My stylist David, is amazing. He is so knowledgeable. I leave there 100% happy every time. Best shampoo and massage in the area. Great, natural products. My hair is the healthiest ever! My son (19) loves Alchemy! He loves his cuts with David. He said it’s a cool place and cool vibe!

Alchemy is welcoming and relaxing upon entering. I’ve never experienced this in any salon in east TN! Everyone is kind and gives a REAL smile when greeting!! David whom I see has transformed my long hair from ruined, from previous salon, to exquisite!!! I always receive the exact color of blonde I want. My hair is healthier, thicker an shinier than it was when i was younger! This is the most amazing salon!! You will never regret it!!

i would not suggest working here. management is toxic. they will act like you aren't doing your job and then when you ask them to give you a list of what it is you are lacking because you thought (and were) doing everything there was to do, they will switch to saying that they just failed at training you properly and that they will fix that. but then they won't. they will then say you are doing a great job and then the next week, they will fire you saying you didn't have enough "drive" but then when you ask them to elaborate, they couldn't give you a straight answer. the "issues" they bring up aren't even accurate and they are just hypocritical and contradictory. stay away. it's not worth the huge toll it takes on your mental health. as a client though, there are some good stylists there that will take care of you and is very good at what they do. that is the only good thing about this place

Jessica absolutely killed it - my hair is very dark and I have struggled to get the look I wanted for a very long time, and she knocked it out of the park my first trip. Staff is super friendly and helpful, and the ambience is so calming. Jessica also answered all of my questions and helped me understand the products she was using every step of the way. Found my new salon today!!!

The staff at Alchemy is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make it super easy to schedule an appointment. Nicole Pico does a fantastic job cutting my hair every time. I highly recommend it!
