I MUST write a review about my experience at Salon Biyoshi, with Mary and Aubrey in particular!!!!! Let me start by saying I moved to Knoxville, TN exactly 4 weeks ago. Well, it had been a few months since I had seen my colorist in Louisiana because of the move, surgery, and one graduating High School. So I did the unspeakable, I tried to color my own grey!!!!! Well, as you ladies know.....that is a ridiculous move, especially if you have a difficult hair color! So I googled hair salon's in the area, and Salon Biyoshi was listed. I called the salon and the attention and service I received was outstanding, the receptionist's phone etiquette was perfect! She was sweet, informative, listened intently to my "situation", and immediately fit me in! The very next morning they were able to see me....oh boy did they have their work cut out for them (no pun intended). They did a color correction, then covered ALL of my grey with the CORRECT color, conditioned, treated, and styled my hair. It turned out absolutely stunning!!!!! So hands down, I have found a salon for me and my three daughters!!!!! Thank you again Salon Biyoshi for welcoming this Louisiana girl and helping her out in a pinch!!!!!! Hugs!

I LOVE this place! They welcome you and offer you drinks and their washroom is very nice. I love Anne. She makes me feel comfortable and always gives perfect results! Go here and you will love it. Check out their Instagram if you haven’t.

Natalie is awesome! She is super nice & really listens to what you want. She made me feel very relaxed and my hair looks and feels great! Also, the staff at the front desk are super nice!! Definitely recommend.

I had the best experience here with Jessica. It's pricey but worth it. It's huge with a boutique attached and it very high-end. I was completley taken care of and would recommend this to everyone.

Hands down best customer service from beginning to end. Taylor Courtney was amazing! She took time to consult with me about how I wanted my hair color to look. And she did exactly what I wanted. And the hair cut was perfect. I already have my next appointment scheduled.
