Ms. Ava is amazing! I met her when looking for a stylist that specialized in working with clients that had hair loss. She was understanding and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my options and what each entailed. All great things take time so be prepared to invest some in yourself.

Experience started off well, she was kind AT FIRST. My appointment was at 11:30 for 8 cornrows and ended up leaving around 3:20 which is ridiculous. When. She started the first braid I could tell that she wasn't doing it how I liked it (I'm in the military and get cornrows done when I go to the field) I could tell it wouldn't last 3 weeks in the field so I told her but she told me she's been doing hair for 3p years so she know what she's doing. When she did a few more braids, I knew I wouldn't like the finished product so I texted my husband about how I felt about my hair. She had been reading my texts and told me not to disrespect her. One good thing was that she could tell how much I didn't like my hair and that I probably wouldn't be keeping it so she told me I didn't have to pay

My First Experience At Ms.Ava Hair Salon Was Amazing , The Customer Service Was The Best I've Ever Experienced. I Called In And She Was Able To Fit Me In And Worked Magic With My Hair. She Made Sure I Was Comfortable The Whole Time I Was In the Shop, It Was Most Definitely The Best Hair Salon In Clarksville Tn And I Will Recommend A Friend That Higher Level Is The Salon To Go Too !

I absolutely love Ava Freeman. She is a kind and very knowledgeable in her field. She ALWAYS makes sure her clients are comfortable and are happy with their services afterwards. I would defintely recommend her to anyone that wants their hair done on a HIGHER LEVEL
