I checked in online. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk to ask me if I had checked in or to get my information. After waiting for several minutes and having several people behind me in line get a haircut before me, I was told I supposed to check in when I got there. With who? There was no one at the front desk. Additionally, the place smells like cigarette smoke.

No appointment necessary. Each of the beauticians are very talented and very friendly. I've always liked my hairdos and never had a problem.

Been going here for convenience of living close. Today I checked in at 4:50 on Great Clips app. It said they close at 5:00 so get there before then. I live 2 minutes away so I immediately drove there. They had the door locked at 4:55. There were people sitting in there, I could see my name on the sign in computer, they saw me but didnt open the door. How rude and unprofessional is that. Plus the girl at the counter has the personality of a funeral home director.
