I really didn't want to leave this review but after sitting on it, I figured it best to be known. I went in about 2 weeks ago for a bang trim. I'm usually at the Turkey Creek location because a friend works there, but she's out on leave currently. My bangs had grown long; about the tip of my nose. I asked for them to be just cut right above my brow. Jill Marshall cut them and I'm super disappointed. She cut them and they hit right on top of my brow. They seemed to be fine. I went back to work and then on my lunch break decided to stop back by and see if she could take a bit more off. I left my phone so I couldn't call ahead. But figured I would see what her availability was and then I could return. I showed up and she was taking another client back but came up to me. Told her I wanted a bit more off and that I could come back because I saw she was taking someone back. She said "No, let's just go ahead so you don't have to come back again". She didn't seem thrilled about it. I felt very uncomfortable. She takes more off, and then I leave; feeling awkward and uncomfortable for her comments and the fact that I had returned. That night I go home and comb them out and this is the most shotty, uneven cut I've ever had period. Absolutely horrible. And I don't say that often because I hate being THAT person. But it looks terrible. On top of that, a bang trim is $14!!! I went to Great Clips the next day so someone could fix them. I will NEVER go to this location again! Jessica Ronning has been coloring and cutting my hair for a few years now. I feel so lucky to have found her, she is amazing! Whether I want to have blue or blonde hair she nails it every time. I always leave feeling great with a smile on my face.

Briana was brilliant, knowledgeable and talented working with my hair not against it. The shop is beautiful and staffed with a great group making you feel welcome and ready to pamper ...only downside it's along long way from home:)

Very disappointing our hair stylist moved away and cant get appointment was only given one time and dont have staff to do the job needed.

I was nervous about letting anyone cut my waist-long hair, due to it having been many years since the last time. The lady who got me set up was extremely friendly, and Brianna Alleman was the one who cut my hair for me. She has a great personality, easy to talk to while she's working. Very understanding of what I wanted done, and sent me home with a cut I believe will be not only manageable, but also very cute! Totally in love with it! Highly recommend!
