Butchered my hair! Asked to have 7 inches cut from my waist long hair. It's going to need another 2 or 3 to fix the mess. Asked for just straight cut, not straight at all and some hairs left as long as it was before cutting. Should have known when they didnt even brush or comb it before cutting.

Do not even waste your time going to the Smart style they are lazy and only care about messing with their phones and talking to their boyfriend. I came in while only 1 was working there were 2 only standing around while their were customers to wait on was told it would be a 30 min wait and waited well over and hour so I left and went down the road to sport clips

I youst to come here all the time but after today.... not going to happen. The only 2 ladys that were working were not very friendly the one farthest away from the register said come back with appointment. There is also a note saying were short handed it might be longer waits... no wonder your short handed because i dont know anyone that would want to work in a negative environment with sassy attitudes that these girls showed today.
