My fiance had a terrible experience here, $110 for this is not acceptable!!!! Tried working it out with owners and no partial refund was even in the question... Only a "fix". You can't fix 3 different colors, and waste another 4 hours of your time for a "second chance".

Thanks for the reply, although the reason we won't be coming back to have it fixed is because we know the hair dresser who colored it doesn't obviously know what she was doing. Why come back knowing she cannot do it to her liking the first time?!? A good business satisfies their customers. I wouldn't make a review if it weren't true. Thanks, again.
