Went to Paris, TN cost cutter in order to get a hair cut. Well the lady that was gonna cut my hair said she didn't know what I wanted. When she finally figured out what I wanted, she barley cut any hair off. I had to tell her 3 more times to cut more hair off. Well, my neck should have been shaved cause of the hair cut I got. Well I've gotta ave my husband take the clippers and cut the long hair off my neck. These ppl are here for the money and definitely not their customers. Gotta find somebody who'll cut my hair. Never here again.

I've been before and actually received a good haircut and enjoyable experience. I've also been and could tell they did not want me there .Tonight was the last visit I will make. 530 was the actual time, they said they were closed since it was 6 and then proceeded to tell me that their clock said 545. Just tell the truth. And I'm usually a good tipper, especially that close to closing. Fantastic Sam's from here on out.
