I'm responding to the review of Angel Hawks.
The price is always quoted as 'starts at' and in this case it 'started at 85'. We do not give set prices over the phone. She came in with a picture.* She explained to the stylist that she did not want to go that dark.* Then The stylist let her choose her color from a swatch book that shows what the color will look like on her hair. At this time it was 2 colors red and a Carmel blonde. Angel agreed to these 2 colors. Then the stylist proceeded to give her what she wanted. After all the foils had been applied to her hair Angel decides she wants a darker color added to her hair an has the stylist go and mix it. In the process of the stylist mixing, Angel asks a person that is with her on what she thinks she should do. Go darker or leave it. The person that is with her says leave it. Then Angel asks the stylist to stop mixing the extra color. Then she gets up goes outside sits on the bench on a windy day. As I am witnessing her foils blowing, I have the stylist go get her in cause her foils are blowing all over the place. After rinsing and styling her hair there wasn't an issue till it become time to pay. It wasn't till the next day, Friday, Angel called to say she didn't like her hair that it wasn't dark enough and it didn't look like the picture. I suggested to her to come in so I could see it on Saturday. She never came in.
Tuesday she finally shows up at the end of the day wanting someone to fix her hair, refund her or whatever. I honesty don't think Angel Hawks knew what she wanted to start with. I'm sorry she is not happy with her hair. We did all we could do to please her.
