DO NOT Go To Salon envy on Old Fort Parkway in Murfreesboro!!! Jessica was supposed to angle my hair and give me highlights. I am unhappy with it and she said she could fix it but she cut so much off the sides it cannot be fixed. I asked for a refund and she is refusing to give it to me. I asked to speak with the owner and the owner did not give me a chance to speak other than to say that she backed up Jessica. Then she hung up the phone on me. When I called back to ask to speak to her again she hung up on me again. What's funny is when I was in the chair getting my hair bleached Jessica and another girl were talking about another customer of Jessica's that was complaining about her cut or color or something she had done to her hair so I'm obviously not the only person that's not happy with what Jessica did to their hair. I will put out these reviews over and over and over again so that everybody knows not to go here.

Timing without an appointment was great for me. My stylist was also great. She made my hair silky smooth. Thanks I truly love my hair.

Eleanor is a Great Stylist. . She can do any and All your beauty needs. All the LADY 'S at Salon ENVY are Highly QUALIFIED beauticians!!!

I will never go back. My hair was nothing like i wanted, my color was horrible, so i wasted my money and my time. I was just rushed through to get to the next. I do not recommend this place. In the 3 hrs i was there i talked to 2 other dissatisfied customers as well, one who had been there 6 hrs and was not even getting what she wanted. When i reached out to the stylist days later, the blame was pretty much put on me, saying that saturday was her busiest day and it was very overwelming. Money is what matters here, not making the customer happy. Trying to save someone else the trouble and dissappointment. The stylist was Jessica.
