My son went in today for a facial. We just had an amazing experience with MELISSA from the dermalogica area not only was she so knowledgeable but also had amazing customer service. Melissa went over the whole process with my son step by step very patient. I would highly recommend her to everyone if your in the area stop by ask for her you won’t regret it!

I don't shop Ulta but I was out shopping with my daughter who does shop at Ulta, she needed to grab a few things and I actually liked looking around, a young lady was so helpful and kind to assist, who knows one day I may go back.

Stopped by for the Anastasia sale. Putting a limit per person eliminates those that buy to resale + gives everyone a chance to buy. But for those trying to stock on for personal use it's a bummer. Either way great deal

I don’t like their customer service. Spoke to 3 different people and was told someone would contact me back in 48 hours. No one ever did. I will not spend another 40 minutes on the phone with them. The manager at the Edinburg location was also not helpful at all and told me to call customer service.
