not a good experience

I have used this salon several times and the quality of the haircuts has steadily declined. Stylists come and go quickly. I have had good haircuts in the past however the stylists are no longer employed there. The last time was the worst I will not return as I not longer have confidence in the company and its services.

Awesome and friendly people. Although not everyone has the same abilities, they care into giving you a good and friendly experience, and take the time to do their job and make you look better. I strongly recommend to call ahead, check the waiting time and write you down on the list so can be prepared and not to have to wait so much ;D

I guess if you visit a place often someone is bound to make a mistake at some point. But this two star review comes not because of a screw up but an active attempt to hide it. Had me facing the wall the entire time so that I wouldn't notice. Then blamed it on my "hairline" LOL; like this is the first time I am getting a haircut. The only reason it's not a one star because when I asked for a discount for their blatant lie (not for the screw up); they instead decided not to charge me at all. It was good while it lasted.

My two young grandsons had their hair cut. The ladies were very good at keeping them calm. The haircuts turned out fabulous!!

They do a wonderful job with my boy!!! And they have ALWAYS been understanding AND sensitive to his special needs with his sensory issues... 10 MILLION GOLD STARS!!!!
