I purchased a couple of large items here and was extremely impressed with the customer service. The owner was extremely polite and helpful. The employees were always available to answer any questions I had and seemed happy to be there. The pricing on items in the store is great and reasonable. You have to visit to appreciate everything about this store.

Can get everything you need as a barber but you all need a new manager . As a barber I was pretty excited to have a supply shop that caters to barbers . Iâ€™ve been here a few times in the last few weeks as I transition to a booth rent shop and service has been great . However today I had a interaction with Veronica the manager and all she cared about was the sale and continuously rushed me she was very cold and not inviting. Upon checking out waiting behind another customer who had a rather large purachase . Rang them up and continued on .... now when it was my turn she refused to give me the liscence professional discount , and made me look for a photo of my ID because it was a â€œlarge purchaseâ€ . Now I understand policy but I also know discrimination .

Had a good experience here buying clippers and other haircutting supplies. The staff was very helpful in assisting with choosing clippers, making sure they'd serve the intended purpose, and checking the box to make sure all the attachments and extras were included. They were also helpful in making sure all the other products were exactly what was needed. Good customer service, and the prices for the items I bought were on par with other retailers. I'll visit Alamo Barber & Beauty again.

I've been there a few times and 2 girls that work with you, the rest... they rather you not be there. It seems like. I had a clipper stand in my hand asking about a price and the girl literally took the item out my hand and told me the price. Uh ok I didn't want it?? Recommendations for business, be open on Sunday. Barbers and cosmetologist are off so they need supplies??? At least half day.
