Worst haircut ever: My daughter was in from out of town and was desperately wanting a haircut before she left the next day. She had a very good experience a year or so ago at JCPENNY'S so she decided to take her chances again since her time was limited and options few. She wears her hair long with long layers. They quoted her a price of $40. The lady that cut her hair was nice, but I think she was either drunk or heavily medicated. She kept repeating herself and asking the same questions within 5 min. We were in and out within 20 min. - that is with a shampoo, cut and blow dry. (Half the time it usually takes!)It was a straight across cut that I could have done myself and no layers. My daughter requested 3 inches cut off and at first the lady cut like 1/2 inch and started to blow dry. I went up to her and questioned her and said she needed to cut more off - she then cut another 1/2 inch off. After blow drying, she found a piece longer than the rest and she just snipped it right off. (Again, I could have done that. I did not see her use any professional skills.) We didn't want to make a scene; she was very nice, but was afraid in her condition, she could have really messed it up so we didn't say anymore. My daughter left $40 poorer and still needs a skilled haircut with professional layers. I do not recommend getting your haircut here.
