I am from Dallas and in Tyler for a few months on business. I really needed a haircut. I have been going to the same stylist for years so I was a little hesitant. Well I only had to wait a few minutes and luckily when my name was called I got Misty! She was AWESOME! I am very picky and she was so patient with me. In fact she would not let me leave until I was happy with my hair cut. While I'm in Tyler I will book All my appointments with Misty. I highly recommend her!

I wouldn't go back if they paid ME. BAD cut - just sloppy, badly done. BAD service. BAD salon. I even took a magazine. The male operator didn't even try. It was a couple of inches shorter on one side - uneven - NOTHING like what I asked for. Best of all he wanted to argue about the pics/magazine that I brought. I don't even KNOW what HE was trying to do because it's NOTHING like what I asked for. If he couldn't do it , he should have just said so. It was worse when I left than when I started. It's just awful. HATE it - I will NEVER go back there EVER. It was a nightmare and I am not even that picky about my hair - but i HATE this mess I was left with and will just have to WAIT for it to grow out.

I got a great hair cut. All of the employees were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable. They were also very quick and able to get me in fast. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

Misty does an excellent job and is very friendly. Highly recommend! Place is always quite and you usually get a seat pretty quick even if it's full.

My mother and daughter went to get a haircut with Jessica 3/09. Jessica was completely unprofessional! She Yelled my daughter had lice and couldn’t cut her hair. Told a co worker that she would have to sanitize her entire station. I checked my daughters hair yesterday and found dandruff, not lice. And if she did have lice, there is a way to handle this. Let the adult know in a professional manner. NOT humialte your potential customers! Will not be back and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know. Completely terrible experience! Humialting an 11 year old shouldn’t be in your job description!
