I asked Laura to cut, darken my hair, and add light highlights. My whole experience was terrible. She started by dying my hair witch I thought was odd because everyone always cuts my hair first… but ok. Then it took her 3 hours to apply the color and highlights all while she kept complaining about how much hair I have and she has so many other things to do. Mind you I made an appointment and I don’t think I have more hair than most of the people out there. Then she went to washing my hair it was very painful how ruff she was, I have 7 sisters I’m not a tender headed person. Then time for the cut… she first used a regular old brush on my hair witch again I’ve never had a hair stylist do. And then the big reveal my hair is completely fried! The highlights are white and my scalp is so burnt I couldn’t go outside for 3 days!! I started crying as soon as I got to my car. 1 week later and it still hurts to comb my hair.
