The person who cut my hair left it extremely uneven. I tried to call the number and had received a message their voicemail hadn't been setup.
Update - I contacted the place, spoke with a lady who told me to come in this evening and the manager would be there to address my issue. There was one man ahead of me and the lady at the counter addressed me, I asked if she was aware of the earlier phone call. She stated she did not. Being the only person there, I assumed she was the manager and told her I had called earlier. She told me she hadn't gotten any calls today. I asked her if she was the manager, she told me the manager was in the back, in which I asked to speak with the manager. She scoffed and told me to wait and she would get her. She proceeded with signing the gentleman in front of me in.
Afterwards, the employee went to the back and the manager and her came out shortly afterwards. I told her my haircut was not even and showed her the long strand of extremely uneven hair. She gave what felt like a half apology and told the employee to put me in for a redo and went to cut a customer's hair. The employee proceeded to check me in while the manager was laughing and joking with the customer. Right after the employee stopped talking to me about the check in process, I heard the manager laughing while saying "I didn't cut his hair, don't look at me."
This infuriated me, and I told her bluntly, "But it was your employee who did." She stopped for a moment and then went back to joking with the customer as if I didn't exist. Right after this happened, the other guy who was in front me left the establishment. I sat there in disbelief and wouldn't have stayed myself if I didn't already have a babysitter watching my daughter so I could get my haircut fixed.
After that, once the employee was done with her customer, after telling me I would be next, she called out for the guy who left, and looked around trying to avoid eye contact with me and then went out the front door to look for him. She wasn't too subtle in the fact that she didn't want to cut my hair.
She finally came back in and asked if I wanted her to cut my hair. I told her that was fine. Once I sat in the chair, she attempted to be apologetic but at this point, none of it felt sincere after her previous actions. She pointed out that the first person who cut my hair had thinned out the hair on the back of my head after correcting the uneven hair along the left side of my head. I didn't ask for her to thin the hair out on the back of my head.
I volunteered at that point for a picture, so that she could show her. She said that was fine, but said we'd speak to the manager about it. The manager immediately started making excuses rather than accepting the mistake and apologizing. She then gave me a coupon for a half off hair cut? Are you serious? After all the issues I went through? What a joke.
