I'm very happy with the service I received. I wish it was a bit cleaner and modern but the barber was good.

Signed my son in prior to arriving for convenience. Got here about half hour after appointed time. Says comp knocks out after half hour. He was automatically put out of system. We were only ones waiting. I was told he was next. We waited and watched everyone who got signed in after us go before us. Very disturbing...next available took him after I confronted them. Disappointed. Scheduling and customer service need improvement. Just got a deer in headlights look w minimal response or compensation....

Grandson wasn't happy with his hair but it looked good to me. My haircut and beard were done very well. Long wait time.

Stopped going, Everytime I went there (3 times) after a bad haircut, there was always a discussion on who would cut my hair after they would read the comments in my file. Someone had changed my record to say, shave me bald. I had gone there for two years and received excellent haircut before the incident.

I'm new in town and I was looking for a place to get my haircut. I found a few barbershops in the area but decided to go with Sport Clips along Dowlen Rd based on their Google reviews. The staff were friendly, I give them that. But the person who cut my hair seemed to be in a rush. I explained to her how I wanted my haircut but I'm not sure she if was even listening to my instructions. In less than 5 minutes, she was done cutting my hair. I checked and it was far from what I had asked her to do. I just decided to leave but still gave her a $3 tip, which I'm sure she didn't expect. She probably thought I'm the type to not give tips and decided to rush my haircut so she can get another customer waiting in line. I'm now on the hunt for a barbershop that actually cares for their customers.
