Kim chose to do what she wanted to do with my hair even when I gave her detailed instructions during the consultation my hair was to my behind and I wanted a trim with a few layers with my hair thinned since it was heavy and occasionally gave me headaches. I even showed her how I wanted it layered however when done mmy hair appeared long since I could only see front and when she finished styling I could see all of my hair was gone and my hair went from to my backside to above my shoulders in an odd wispy way and not layered and she even said she didn’t layer it like how I wanted she then styled it I asked for a bump and she took a wide flat iron out and I thought she was straightening it first but she appeared like she was trying to bump it with a wide flat iron so when I asked her to use her chi to make the desired affect she got an attitude and Really thought I was going to be happy with straight hair so at the end I tried to be nice and happy until when I got halfway home I realized she thinned out the bottom and thinned out the thinner part of my my hair first so it took extra cutting to do the thicker side and my hair is so botched it’s unreal if I knew I could’ve waited for Zana I would’ve but I didn’t know I had That option now today I’m going to go somewhere else and get the rest of it chopped off and start over because I refuse to walk around with a horrible haircut knowing that I asked for a trim to thin and a few layers. I am never going to her again she does what she wants to do not what the customer asks for.

I love this salon a whole lot. It is the best quality hair salon in Killeen that I can definitely say the hair stylists are knowledgeable in what you request pertaining to a hairstyle. Overall, the prices are very reasonable to.

Seriously the sweetest people work here ! I have officially made this place my go to from here on out . Melinda, my stylist was so sweet and friendly and explained the process of resurrecting my nest I called hair . Everyone and I mean every one was working and was super nice to every customer. Thanks your jcp salon .
