I took my son to get an edge up and trim...the hairstylist said her hand was not steady and she asked her co-worker to take over. This employee did not know how to edge up a hairline. When I instructed her how he liked it, she completely cut his edge up off. When she asked if I liked it I told her I didn't. I went to the front counter to pay and her co-worker asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I told her they are lucky I'm even paying for the cut. The stylists either just passed state board and haven't had enough experience yet or they printed their credentials at Walmart.

I have coupons different locations ((GREAT CLIP ) why I come somewhere (GREAT CLIP) they don’t use it .

I am very disappointed at the service I received at this location. I came in to have a regular cut, and requested a specific hairdresser. I was told that I was going to be seen in 15 minutes when she arrived,so I waited. She came in and saw 2 customers on the waiting list ahead of me that didn't request her. By doing so it required me to have an additional hour and a half wait, so I said I would come in the next day. I called ahead so that the same thing wouldn't happen,as I don't have all day to spend at the hair salon. Was told that I can't do this. I guess I'm not a valued customer,so I'm going to find a new hair salon and hairdresser that can accommodate me!!
