I took my sister in to get a partial highlight done on her hair. The woman that greeted us told us the price and signed us in and said have a seat and she would start in just a minute. She then came over and said "give me another minute im going to finish my lunch". We watched her finish her lunch and she walks over and tells us she has to pick up her son in 30 minutes so she was going to leave. So we had to wait another 45 mins. The young lady that actually did the highlights was very sweet but very new. She let the bleach drip on my sisters eyebrow. But the higlights came out nice and we paid and left. When we got outside i noticed the back of my sisters shirt was ruined with bleach :(. They said they wouldnt even give a coupon for next time. I will deffinately NOT go back. :(
