I have debated whether to write a review for a while as I am not one to complain but after seeing how terrible my hair is, I decided to write a review. I was super excited to go to Lynn & Co Hair Studio 5 weeks ago as I had read amazing reviews. I was quoted at $100 for full highlights when I called to make an appointment. I figured it would end up costing $130-$140 since my hair is long and thicker. My appointment was with Lynn, and although she is a very nice lady, I felt she had no idea how to work with my type of hair (I am half South Asian with thick hair). When asking for full highlights, she said I would have streaks so she said lets add color. I showed her a picture of before when I had full highlights and it was a beautiful, vibrant blonde color. My stylist before included toner in the process, Lynn did not. Lynn did not ask me at any point what toner shade I wanted, she just decided herself for ash blonde even though I told her a dark blonde. She also colored my roots an orangey color that did not match the blonde I was going for. She did spend a good amount of time with me- 4 hours, but the results were horrible (as you can see in the pictures). Lynn said she'd help me get the copper tones out of my hair, but it felt like she made it worse after seeing the results. I was shocked to find out the cost was $185 for such a poor job. My hair is completely messed up and has multiple ugly tones now. I will definitely not be going back. I don't mind paying more but full highlights + toner, but this definitely was not worth it.

Owner Lynn is dedicated to making you happy. Listens & offers suggestion based on your features & lifestyle. I was thinking about a particular cut, but Lynn knows me well enough to advise against it because I need to keep things low maintenance. She kept me from being tied to a style that would own me.

Tram dyed and cut my hair yesterday and not only have I gotten a ton of compliments on it, but I am absolutely in love with the final look. And while she did my hair, she was friendly and patient and fun to talk to. I absolutely, 100% recommend this salon and in particular Tram. I am beyond happy I found this little gem.
