Pretty unprofessional staff at this location. Heard them making fun of a customer, calling her an “old lady”. Also, when my husband asked for them to fade his cut a little bit better, the hairstylist’s response was, “This is only a $15 haircut” and didn’t fix it. Avoid this place if you can!

Rosalia is fantastic! My cut requires shaving, and heavy texturing and she does a great job at both aspects. I have a hard time finding hairstylists who do both well but Rosalia does both exactly how I like it. Highly recommend!

Avoid this location like the plague. The barbers are extremely incompetent and lack fundamental skills. Maria in particular is extremely inconsistent and made a very embarrassing mess on my head. Had to shave it all off. Stay away if you want to look even somewhat presentable.

I would have actually given 0 star if possible. Booked an appointment. As soon as I reach they tell me they can’t style as there are a lot of people so only wash and blow dry is possible. I said its fine lets do that. After the wash lady just dried my hair fr 2 odd minutes. When i requested to dry some more she tells me she already did. I walk out with wet hair n ofcourse no style. If you have a problem assisting customers then go ahead and make your app more consumer friendly so that they can put the request of what they want or even better let them know that services are not possible via the app. What is the whole point of an on-line checkin? Never going back to this place. Rude staff, bad behavior and attitude i can’t handle.
