Checked-in online, had about a 1 minute wait when I arrived. Symone did a great job with my hair (even the wife & kids loved it), while keeping me engaged in conversation -- if y'all don't want to be talked to, I'm sure that would work, too -- and I got several recipes ideas for the holidays! Better than dinner and a movie 😊

Good service, checked in online and didn’t have to wait but a couple of minutes to be in a chair getting my hair cut.

Caseadra is the best , I go to here every two weeks . She is extremely caring and a funny woman. If she is not in the store I go to Laura who is also great !

Worst haircut I have ever received. They were super busy (130+ minute wait) but I don't think that's an excuse to rush. I told the lady what to do and she even had it in the system, then proceeded to not give what I asked for. I've been coming here for 2 years and they usually do a great job. I'm really disappointed and will not be coming back.
