Dont come here!!! You will receive the worst customer service I brought my son here to get a hair cut and I was waiting for 50 min like everyone else then this other customer walks in and he tells the lady that cuts hair on the right corner that all he needed was a edge up not a hair cut and that just makes everyone else wait longer and she told the barber that cuts hair next to her to go ahead and let him sit in his chair and do his edge up now why would you let a customer that just walked in be helped out before all the other customers that got there before him I think he should have sat down and waited as long as everyone else did which by that time I had waited 40 min. The lady was very rude rolling her eyes after I asked why was he beeing seen before everyone else and all she said was he doesnt want a cut with a blade you want a hair cut which she lied they were cutting his hair. That has nothing to do with me with what that customer wanted, everyone is there to get a hair cut. If I could have the option not to even choose 1 star I would give the none.

I would always go here take my kids, my husband, and myself even sisters and parents. I would get along with everyone especially the owner Verónica also known as Vero. I would go and never got that promotion of free haircuts she used to offer. So, when I got married she overcharged me $25 for my hair due. Which did not end up how i wanted. She pulled my hair so much, and put my veil backwards. I was in disbelief because she literally gave herself $70 when clearly we had agreed on $45. I feel like since I told her I would be doing my make up else where since before the appoinment even happen, she decided to tip herself for waking up early. Never went back again, what a diappoinment. Antes iba aqui todo el tiempo. Llevaba a mis niños, esposo, hasta iban mis papás y hermanas. Siempre me llevaba bien con todos. Especialmente, con la dueña Vero. Dejaba propina y nunca agarre un corte gratis que promocionaba ella, antes con sus tarjetas de negocio. Decide hacer una cita para mi peinado de boda. Desde un principio le dije que no me iba a pintar con ella. Quedamos que me cobraría $45 y ella decidió cobrar $70. Pienso que fue porque sabía que no le diría nada aparte como ella quería ganar extra dinero por despertarse temprano. Me estiró mucho el cabello, no quedó el peinado como yo lo pide, y aparte me puso el velo al revez! Yo estaba de carrera y era el dia de mi boda no quise pelear. Nunca regresamos a darles nuestro negocio, que decepción cuando la gente abusa de uno.
