The general atmosphere is very nice. Everything is clean and the employees are very nice. The lady at the counter was very polite and offered me a beverage during my very short wait. I was able to schedule an appointment same day and they really worked with my schedule. Brittany was the hair dresser that cut my hair. And she did a few things that really had me worried......at first. In the beginning she started cutting my hair with a razor. I've already had an AWFUL experience with that style of cutting hair before. So I was already super nervous. Then she cut a VERY define choppy layer in my hair. My gut sank. I felt terrible because I knew she could see it on my face how concerned I was. I made my concerns known and in the end my hair looked amazing. I felt so bad about how I acted during the process, but I was so nervous going in there. Brittany did such a good job and handled herself very well when I had my "uh oh" moment! Would definitely recommend. The only complaint I could have is being SO close to the other stations, some girls were literally side by side cutting and styling hair.

Outstanding from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out! Never been treated so well. Brittney actually listened to what I wanted and delivered. Pricing is reasonable for services rendered. Love it!
